LitezAll, a leading portable lighting company specializing in products sold in major mass retailers such as Walmart, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy of the company and drive its growth.
*Responsibilities:*
* *Financial Strategy:* Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive growth and profitability.
* *Financial Reporting:* Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial health.
* *Risk Management:* Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's financial stability and compliance with regulations.
* *Capital Management:* Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to optimize the cost of capital and support strategic initiatives.
* *Cash Flow Management:* Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's liquidity and ability to meet financial obligations.
* *Financial Compliance:* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws while maintaining accurate financial records.
* *Strategic Planning:* Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement the company's overall strategic plan, aligning financial strategies with business goals.
* *Investor Relations:* Build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders, providing transparency and clear communication regarding financial performance.
* *Mergers and Acquisitions:* Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships, conducting due diligence and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
* *Cost Management:* Implement cost-control measures and efficiency improvements to optimize operational expenses.
* *Team Leadership:* Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):* Establish and monitor key performance indicators for various departments to track and measure the company's performance against strategic objectives.
* *Financial Technology:* Stay updated on financial technology trends and implement relevant tools and systems to streamline financial processes and reporting.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience as a CFO, Financial Controller, or relative role
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
