A Lifetime of Smiles is an award winning, state of the art facility that is committed to providing the highest quality of care to our community in a fun, friendly atmosphere.
We are a full service dental office with the most advanced equipment offering our patients preventative, restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, periodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontic procedures.
We are fortunate to have the opportunity to improve patients' smiles and therefore, their lives.
This is an opportunity to work full time in our fast growing office.
You will play a key role in our office and you will help support our team.
What you will do :
Supports Doctor directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordinator, answering calls, and emails
Providing administrative support when necessary
Coping, scanning, faxing documents
What you will bring :
Minimum experience of 1 year or more as a personal assistant
Great written and verbal skills
The ability to maintain a great attitude
Great organizational skills
The knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
The experience working in a fast-paced office
The ability to standard prolonged periods of sitting and standing
