2001 GMC SAVANNA G2500 VAN (RUNS GOOD)! - $1,400 (ROCKDALE, IL)

We have for sale a 2001 GMC SAVANA g2500 cargo van with the Vortec 5.
7 v8 engine.
(UPDATE)!! This van was bought for a back up van for our company in november 2018 and was a beast and very reliable van and when we bought new vans in 2019 we kept it because of it's reliability.
Before we put in storage we had a major service done being new plugs, wires, ignition coil, distributor cap, new computer, and had all new injectors installed plus a brake line.
The van has been in storage since 2020 and the rocker panels are pretty much rusted out now although they do sell repalcement rockers that could be installed.
The van just had a brand new die hard battery installed 9/14 and after over 3 yrs of storage it started right up on first try.
The van will need a new brake line or brake caliper installed as one of them popped when we were parking it in storage and the brake pedal is going all the way to the floor now so NO brakes at this time.
When van was put in storage it had fresh premium fuel and sea foam gas treatment put in tank since being stored for awhile.
The van has 147,000 original miles and probaby needs a oil change and some new filters and hoses from sitting but it still runs good and quiet.
Buyer will need a trailer or a tow truck to remove from the lot so the brake line/caliper can be replaced and van can be gone over by a mechanic.
((There will be no repairs allowed at the company lot van is stored in because of insurance reasons))!!.
The van has wooden shelves inside and a electric plug in for power tool's and we are not sure if the inverter is still in van or not but they are not expensive to buy another one.
The side door is very hard to close so we barely used it although rear doors open fine.
The van has a bull bar installed on front end and was a very good work van and other then the rusted rockers and a little work needed it will do the job.
We spent over $1500 in repairs right before we stored van and that does not include cost of new computer that was installed or the new battery so price is firm as the engine and trans are worth the asking price so we feel price is fair for what it is and we need it gone from lot.
