Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team.
As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children in our care.
This is an important role that requires patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
Responsibilities: - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime - Assist with feeding, diapering, and potty training as needed - Monitor children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues using positive reinforcement techniques - Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and provide updates on their child's progress - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare facility - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Qualifications: - Experience working with children in a childcare setting or similar environment - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Strong behavior management skills - Ability to create engaging and educational activities for children - First Aid and CPR certification preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent required If you have a passion for working with children and are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment, we would love to hear from you.
