Child Care Assistant

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team.
As a Childcare Provider, you will play a vital role in the development and care of children.
This position requires experience in early childhood education and a passion for nurturing young minds.
Responsibilities: - Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Provide attentive care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of each child - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary - Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and address any concerns - Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development - Follow all health and safety guidelines Qualifications: - Previous experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with childhood development stages - First Aid/CPR certification preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment - Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children Note: All positions at our organization are paid, including internship positions.
