Nursery Attendant

Nursery Attendant is responsible for oversight of the nursery ministry so that infants and toddlers have a safe, nurturing environment in which to experience the love of God.
Responsibilities: · Supervise children with volunteer workers.
· Maintain check-in system for families.
· Maintain nursery in a safe, neat, and orderly manner.
· Clean nursery equipment and supplies when used.
· Report supply needs to Children’s Ministry Director.
Terms: 1.
Hours: 2-3 hours weekly 2.
Compensation: Starts at $15/hour 3.
Training: Nursery attendant will complete Safe Gatherings Training and accompanying background check every 3 years.
Maintain certification in CPR and AED.

Vacation: 2 weeks per year, unpaid; PTO 4 hours per year 5.
Accountability: Nursery attendant is accountable to Children’s Ministry Director in collaboration with Pastor.
Annual review initiated by Children’s Ministry Director with Staff Parish Relations Committee and pastor.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.
