000000 Shift: Varies Location: RIVERSIDE MEDICAL CENTER Summary: The Dietary Aide II serves patient food trays, prepares and delivers patient nourishments, stock work areas and stations, general dish room duties, general cleaning tasks, wash pots and pans, general custodial tasks, preparation of salads, portioning food, service of food to cafeteria patrons and set up of cafeteria service.
Experience/Education Requirements: Ability to learn a variety of tasks while on the job License or Certification Requirements: None Responsibilities: Cross-trains in other positions in the cafeteria.
Cut desserts and stock dessert area.
Delivery and pick up of food carts to patient care areas.
Responsible for care and cleaning of area, following safety and sanitation standards.
Set up/break down of doctors dining room daily.
Stock supplies needed for daily operations.
Use chemicals correctly and safely per department standards.
Work assigned tasks for special functions.
Work assigned tasks in cafe per job flow standards.
Work assigned tasks in pots and pans area per job flow standards.
Works assigned cleaning tasks per job flow standards.
Works assigned patient care duties per job flow standards.
