Cashier/Customer Service

We are looking for friendly customer service oriented daytime and eveining cashiers.
The hours are typically 10AM-4PM for day shift and 4PM-9PM for the evening shift.
We can be flexible on the days and hours worked.
Job duties include: * Greet customers and communicate with them with in order to determine their orders.
* Take customers’ orders and correctly punch them into the restaurant POS.
* Provide customers with information on daily specials and discount deals.
* Inform customers of their bill and ask if they will pay in cash or through credit card.
* Take payments and offer change.
* Process credit card payments while ensuring that customers sign counter slips.
* Return credit/debit cards to customers after swiping.
* Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen and ensure the promptness of each order.
* Assist counter staff in packing ready orders while handing them to customers.
* Keep the counter area clean and organized at all times.
* Service customers’ requests and complaint.
* Keep the restaurant manager informed about any serious issues.
* Restock workstation with supplies * Inform manager about any shortages of items in stock.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.
