This addition to our team is specifically to service our afternoon, evening and weekend callers who need service and assistance.
Mon - Fri 4 pm to 8 pm
Sat - 7 am - 4:30 pm
Sun - 2 hrs for customer response and appointment setting.
Flexible schedule - We can accept all or partial coverage of these days.
Compensation:
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
Qualifications:
Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
