Insurance Agency-Customer Service Rep

*Responsibilities: * * Handle customer inquiries and complaints * Provide information about the insurance products and services we offer * Quote, service, sell full line of property, casualty, life and health insurance products * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services * Develop and maintain online marketing and social media campaign *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields * Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Active Insurance License helpful but not required.
