Tanker Endorsements necessary.

The majority of our workload is comprised of road surface treatments throughout the Midwest.
Home most nights, but overnight and week long travel is required during peak season.
This position requires a valid CDL, although your responsibilities may go beyond operating equipment.
*Drivers Job Description:*
Our crews are comprised of 5 or 6 team members, mobilizing to various job locations to perform road surface treatments.
Our CDL drivers operate our late model fleet of 6 wheel distributor trucks, sand trucks, and semi tankers.
While most of our fleet is automatic, manual certification is a plus.
This position pays up to $40/hr with overtime and prevailing wages.
Potential
*Responsibilities:*
* Report directly to field foreman
* Drive and operate Distributor/Tack Truck.
* Loading and unloading of materials and equipment
* Various roadside functions including overseeing efforts of traffic control team
* Work to ensure projects are set up for proper application
* Equipment maintenance, inventory control, and shop maintenance
* Flexible in daily assignments as our work is weather dependent
*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*
* Experienced in operating Etnyre Distributor truck is ideal
* Or, experienced in operating Isuzu flat bed, coordinating traffic control set up, while overseeing the efforts of laborers
* Experience in road surface treatment is preferred but not required.
* Knowledge of roadways and traffic safety
* Able to work as part of a team
* Able to read maps and document effectively
* Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written)
* Good balance and hand eye coordination
* High school diploma or equivalent
*Requirements:*
* Minimum 1 year experience driving Class A or B - Tanker Endorsement required.
* Demonstrates an understanding of warehouse operations.
* Basic computer skills
* Pass Drug Screen
* Pass Background Check
