Contract paraprofessional opening | Fulltime | High hourly rate

We are currently seeking multiple contracted paraprofessionals to join our team in Morris, IL.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff.
Responsibilities: Assist students with academic and social-emotional needs Support classroom instruction and management Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as directed by the teacher or special education team Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and behavior Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred) Previous experience working with students in an educational setting Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary clearances Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations This is a contracted position with a competitive hourly rate ($20+).
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, with hours to be determined by the school's needs.
