and CCBHC:* Seeking one full-time a Manager of Recovery Services to join a thriving behavioral health practice at Arukah Institute of Healing, Inc.
, and as part of a Certified Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) which brings together primary care, behavioral healthcare, complementary care, and community-based providers to bridge gaps in mental health and substance use prevention, treatment and recovery.

_*Education:*_ · General Education Development (GED) degree from an accredited High School (required).
· Certified Recovery Support Specialist or Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor on (required).
_*Experience:*_ · Experience (5+ years) in reentry, community supports, or other recovery-oriented work (required).
· Experience (5+ years) in recovery support work (required).
· Experience (5+ years) of direct substance use services.
· Experience (5+ years) in Behavioral Healthcare (mental health and substance use) services (required).
· Experience in crisis response work (desired).
· Coursework and professional experience that indicates knowledge of mental health and substance use counseling, individual and group counseling in behavioral healthcare, crisis intervention and prevention, and consultation in mental health and substance use (required).
· Experience in trauma-informed counseling techniques (desired).
_*Certifications:*_ · Certification in IM-CANS and IM-CATS required _*Roles & Responsibilities – Manager of Recovery Services:*_ · Report to Chief Operating Officer.
· Conduct Group Supervision for Reentry/Housing once per week.
· Conduct Group Supervision for Community Supports – Individual/Group once per week.
· Conduct Group Supervision for Supported Employment once per week.
· Provide Individual Supervision for Recovery Support Staff twice per month.
· Provide ongoing caseload review and assignment for Recovery Support Specialists in coordination with Managers in Clinical Services.
· Provide training for Recovery Support Specialists (i.
e.
, CRSS, Recovery International) at hire and annually continuing education thereafter.
· Create schedules for Recovery Support Staff in collaboration with Manager colleagues that share staff.
Problem-solve situations, manage relationships and issues that are larger scale with programming.
· Collaborate with Managers of other Peer-Based Programs to provide wraparound care for crisis clientele and nurturing environment for staff to thrive.
· Supervise operational/logistical Supervisors/Leads for Reentry/Housing, Supported Employment, and Community Supports – Individual/Group.
· Approve purchasing of consumables and other supplies · Information Sharing - Maintain high level visioning for Recovery Services that continuously informs key stakeholders and public · Sustainability planning – review documentation prior to LPHA; ensure services are properly documented to be billed in accordance with compliance standards for Medicaid billing (Credible workflow development).
· Productivity planning – refine and provide accountability for benchmarks that reflect an evolving combination necessary to propel recovery-oriented and substance use care in accordance with community needs: o 12/14 “yes” for level of perception of care o 4.
5/5 client satisfaction ratings o Minimum 5 services provided per daytime shift · Align Recovery Services program with agency strategic plan through bi-weekly all-leadership meetings.
· Align Recovery Services program with Peer-Based Services division through weekly Manager-level meetings.
· Conduct all grant and programmatic reporting and engagement of state and federal funders; present to stakeholders on programs _*Roles & Responsibilities – General for position:*_ · Report to Director of Community-Based Services.
· Participate in Individual and Group clinical supervision · Participate in agency-wide staff meetings on a weekly basis.
· Provide treatment services to individuals in accordance with all Arukah Institute of Healing, Inc.
policies and procedures and with all established ethics and standards of relevant clinical associations.
