Educational Requirements:
Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology, Industrial Electrician/Maintenance certificate or a Maintenance related Journeyman’s card (Required)
Position Requirements:
Candidate must be able to apply mechanical and electrical expertise toward troubleshooting and repairing Electro-mechanical production and process related equipment for the entire float glass production process.
Specific area include: PLC Hardware & software, AC Power and controls, Variable frequency drives and motors, DC drives and motors, Power distribution, Hydraulic and pneumatic power and control devices, Mechanical drive systems, General cutting, welding, & pipefitting.
Skills & Work Attributes:
Must have a good attendance record, Work well with little or no supervision, be self-motivated and customer driven, & work well in a team environment.
