Looking for loving home

I have no idea why this is getting flagged.
We are NOT asking for any money for her.
The only requirement is that you purchase a spay procedure and if you can’t keep her you surrender her back to us this is to insure she goes to a loving home.
The money goes to pay the spay directly, we don’t see a dollar of it.

She was found on the streets very pregnant during the coldest days of the year.
She's had a rough life but she is full of love to give.
She's very friendly and house broken.
She's estimated to be around 5yrs old.
She's good with our cat, it took her a bit to warm up to our dogs but that could definitely be more our dogs then her.
All we're asking for a rehoming fee is that you pre-purchase a spay procedure from your vet and sign a contract that if you can no longer keep her you'll surrender her back to us.
