In need of home (Peru)

Male cat 1 1/2 he’s a tabby Not neutered helped someone out who couldn’t take care of him they where supposed to pick him up but I have not heard back from them due to my living situation I can not keep him he’s a wonderful cat but he desires a lot of attention he’s very vocal he could meow hello he’ll come with litter box and stuff he was brought and food I’ll provide extra if needed.
I work long hours if I don’t answer right away please leave a message and I’ll reply as soon as possible
