Customer Service Associate

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer , addressing customer complaints, and providing general support to customers.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and have an understanding of customer service principles.
Also able to lift and carry boxes around 50 pounds if need.
Experience with computers and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Must be able to work on feet for most of day and be able to keep up with a fast paced environment when the store gets busy.
Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate information about products and services.
* Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
* Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
* Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
* Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
* Monitor customer feedback and report to management.
* Move shipments throughout building.
* Process and receive shipments * Process Amazon returns * Provide printing services * Basic cleaning duties around store * Run and effectively mange a cash register * Process mail that comes in to customers mailboxes on site Hours of Operation are: Monday thru Friday 7:45am- 6:45pm, Saturday 8:45am-3:15pm, Sunday 9:45am-3:15pm Please make sure to answer the question about availability to be considered, thank you.
