Garden Center Merchandiser

Responsibilities: - Create visually appealing displays in the garden center to attract customers - Merchandise plants, flowers to maximize sales and create an organized and inviting shopping environment - Collaborate with the garden center team to ensure inventory is stocked and replenished as needed - Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the garden center area - Monitor plant health and perform basic plant care tasks, such as watering -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb a ladder, work in all weather conditions -Job requires constant walking, bending, and lifting Skills: - Ability to create aesthetically pleasing displays and arrange products in an appealing manner - Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and maintain an orderly garden center Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.
