We are seeking out a passionate and dedicated Bridal Consultant to join our team at Sean Philip Bridals.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in bringing our brides' dreams to life by guiding them through the entire bridal shopping experience, offering expert advice on dresses, accessories, and overall styling.
Hourly pay is negotiable.
*Responsibilities:*
* Greet and welcome brides and their party with a warm and inviting demeanor.
* Answer incoming calls and provide information about our bridal collections and services.
* Coordinate and schedule fittings, alterations, and follow-ups.
* Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing.
* Assist brides in completing paperwork and ensure all necessary details are gathered for their appointments.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth flow of appointments and events.
* Conduct one-on-one consultations with brides to understand their preferences, style, and vision for their wedding day.
* Assist in selecting the perfect wedding gown, mothers dress, and prom dress from our extensive collection.
* Provide advice on dress styles, fabrics, and alterations.
* Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge.
* Cultivate strong relationships with brides, offering exceptional customer service and building brand loyalty.
*Qualifications:*
* Preferred previous experience in the customer service and bridal industry.
* Confidence in interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with brides and create a positive shopping experience.
* A positive attitude and passion for the bridal industry and a keen eye for fashion.
* Exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, fittings, and follow-ups efficiently.
* Experience in basic computer applications (Square, Google, etc.
).
* Skills in basic mathematics.
*Requirements:*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Availability to work Fridays and rotating weekends.
