I would like to rent a 10X10 room in my house.
Parking and utilities and WIFI included.
Security deposit $450.
Rent $450 a month.
On month-by-month lease renewal terms.
The better we get along the more likely the lease will be renewed.
1) Must be friendly with a huge dominant pit bull who is a badass but a sweet-heart.
2) Must use one door for exit and entry points only (not the other one, because the dog will escape) - negotiable.

3) Must not mind living with a single 45 year old female who is on computer all day long in a dining room of the house.
4) Must share a kitchen and a bathroom and living room.
5) Must have minimum friends over, or more only outside in the back yard.
6) Must be decent and easy to live with just as I am supposed to be decent and easy to live with.
7) Must clean regularly (by that i mean "somewhat" and "in general" with no particular chores and no set schedules.

8) Must have no criminal history and and have "normal" employment.
9) Must be over or around 21 years old.
10) Must control loud noises (my dog barks a lot, however, so just "control loud noises") You don't need to walk on egg shells, nor do I, nor does my dog.
Otherwise, if you are interested, tell me about yourself, what are you looking for and etc.
There is a half-finished cold basement (in the winter it is cold) if you need extra room for a private living room/gym/office etc.
It is cold in the winter but it is free for you if you need it.
Washer/dryer in house - shared.
Your room is unfurnished.
You must bring a bed.
Rest of the house is rather furnished.
