Rent is $650 per month includes all utilities.
I do need a deposit too, but that is refunded at time of move out if all is good at that time.
So to move in it will take $1300 ( the first month rent $650 and Deposit $650) Just a two-month lease, with automatic renewal.
What that means is, you or I am committed to being two months living here.
If your happy and we are happy you stay as long as you pay the rent on time.
When either party wants to change then, a two-month notice must be given.
Simple? Really if you are a good match maybe we have some flex in the rent.
Most people who have lived here think it should be more! (well after they moved out, LOL)
About the Room
Small bedroom on the upper floor of our 3800 Square foot house.
The Bedroom is 12.
5 feet x 11 feet with a 4-foot by 4-foot closet, two large double-hung windows that face east and a ceiling fan/light.
Shared space and amenities.
Share the main bath with two others, it includes a Jacuzzi tub and shower.
All utilities included.
Central Air, Heat, Electric, water and fiber optic High-Speed Wifi.
There is also a half bath on the first floor near the kitchen.
We all share in the Kitchen, all dishes, Pots and pans and appliances are provided.
Two refrigerators just in case there is a feast in the plans.
Large Deck, large backyard with trees and fishing pond.
Very quiet, safe and private home.
Off-street parking and never get blocked in! There is even off-street parking for those occasional guests.
Share the house with five other adults.
Four males and one females.
The one woman (my girlfriend) is very nice late 60s, loves to garden and cook and very friendly.
She is an early education teacher.
Another guy who is 67 is in the Master suite, he has his own bath, he's friendly, helpful and very quiet.
Two other men in late 60s both work and the only way I know they are around is if I see their car.
Then there is myself I am 71.
I take care of everything and am often around to help anyone who needs it, I own the house.
In the walkout basement is mid 40s guy, quiet and friendly again I hardly see him.
He only shared the Laundry machines.
We get along well, respectful and considerate.
Everyone who lives here loves it.
I had one roommate live here 7 years another 5 years.
Present roommates have no intention of moving each has been here for over a year.
The room is being vacated by a guy who is moving to Florida for a career change.
He has lived here for 1.
5 years, we will all miss him.
If you are looking for a nice place to live and friendly people around that respect your privacy and yet will care about you, then this is the place.
We also have a huge deck that looks out over the pond and big trees.
Other houses are too far away to see from the deck.
The property is on 1.
3 acres with a great fishing pond, two waterfalls and lots of trees.
We also have a garden spot too.
There is a very large front covered porch with chairs to enjoy the evening in shade.
No smoking inside but are free to smoke on the porch or anywhere else outside.
We also have a fire pit for the outdoorsy type and lots of wood to burn.
Grill on the deck, lots of patio furniture too.
Inside you are only expected to pick up after yourself.
All common areas are cleaned for you.

We are one mile north of Rt 34 right off of Rt 25.
Just a few blocks from the Fox River, Civic Center, Parks, Bike paths that go all the way to Chicago and up and down the Fox River.
About 15 minutes to the Metro, 20 minutes to Interstate 88.
We are next to Montgomery, Aurora, Plainfield, and Yorkville.
Close to Naperville, Sugar Grove, North Aurora, Plano, and Sandwich.
We are also close less than two miles from Walmart, and all kinds of shopping and restaurants.
Only one mile from Downtown Oswego.
Oswego is a great place to live.
The last time we had a vacancy it went pretty quick, so if you are interested do not hesitate to write back!
