We are a kindly, quiet group, living in a 4 bedroom farm house, 2 miles from the 1-88 Orchard exit.
We enjoy grilling out, gardening, and relaxing around the fire pit.
We are an artist, a manager, and a retiree looking for a third roommate who is reliable, trustworthy, with steady employment.
We mainly keep to ourselves and have our own schedules, and prefer a roommate who does the same.
There are three horses and 5 cats on the property, so allergies must be considered.
There is a flight of stairs to access the bedrooms.
The washer and dryer are on the first floor.
The kitchen is available for use, but you’ll have a mini fridge in your room.
Each person is responsible for their own meals and laundry needs.
We do not provide a TV for the room, but you’re welcome to bring one, just be mindful of your volume.
There is a shared bathroom with a soaking tub on the second floor, and a powder room downstairs.
The indoor cats have their own area, so they won’t be bothering you.
Free parking is available on premises.
Everyone gets their own parking spot.

RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES
Rent does not include paper products, laundry supplies, etc.
First and last month’s rent plus 50% security deposit is due prior to moving in.
So $2,000 ($800 + $800 + $400 = $2,000) to move in on the 1st.
Mid-month move-ins rent will be prorated.
(“Prorated,” meaning $800 divided by 30/31 days in the month, then multiplied by the # of days you stay for the first month)
Terms are month-to-month with a 60 day notice if either party wishes to part ways.

We ask that you do not pet or feed the horses without express permission from the owner and advanced safety training.
Over time and trust, you might be allowed to assist with chores if you’d like but without pay.
You can store one item in the garage, depending on the size.
