$500 / 1br - 200ft2 - Room for rent (Plainfield (rural))

Hello, My name is Brandon.
Move in would be first month and 500 security deposit.
I stay by the southern suburbs of Chicago in plainfield with 2 rooms available for rent at $500 a month.
As of right now I'm only looking at 1 room to rent out for the time being.
So the choice would be up to whoever rents the room which they choose.
One room is a little bigger with a smaller closet.
In the other room is a little smaller.
Not much though but with a much bigger closet and full body mirrors for doors.
And just an FYI if I would have to rent out the second bedroom, then them 2 bedrooms would have to share that bathroom.
Or it would be a good fit for a single parent with a kid.
It's a full bathroom.
It's got a bathtub, shower, toilet, sink.
But there is benefits to be in out here.
I am in the country, rural area, so it's very peaceful with no neighbors.
I'm not sure if I'm gonna be able to put a new swimming pool up next year but if Im able to the renters would have access to that as well.
