$600 / 2br - 1000ft2 - House is a great rental option for good people, rent /$600 (Shorewood)

Both of my daughters love the Shorewood School District! We are definitely staying.
They are 12 and 13 years old, and will both be in middle school.
Objective: Find single father with 1-2 children (school aged) (1) find large single family home, (2) sign lease and (3) split rent/utilities.
We have done this before and it worked very well.
I have a place right now - and pay $600; but it's super small.
I would need to give 30 days notice.
Now is the best time to find a single family house - because when June comes, the market becomes super competitive.
I'm gainfully employed with same company for 21 years, financially stable, and just enjoy having another adult in the home to talk with.
I do have a doctorate degree relative to education.
No record.
I can't live with another female - it just doesn't work for me.
Would need quiet / calm / living situation.
Goal: Find 2-1 bedroom single family home, in Shorewood, and each pay around $600.
