Duties: * Build rapport with potential clients and help qualify them for financing.
* Demonstrate the vehicle and how its characteristics, capabilities and features will benefit the customer.
* Educate customers on importance of timely payments while recommending appropriate solutions for meeting obligations and avoiding possible consequences.
* Work with customers/sales team to resolve outstanding balance * Heavy phone work soliciting customers.
Qualifications: * SALES CONSULTANT must be self-motivated * Professional appearance * Excellent persuasive ability and ability to influence others * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to analyze information, evaluate results and develop solutions * Integrity is of utmost priority * Cash Handling * Valid and current Driver’s License and ability to maintain a good driving record * High School Diploma/GED * Will be subject to drug testing, drug free work environment * Preference will be given to applicants with one year tangible sales experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
