What You'll Do
Process all customer transactions accurately and timely including sales orders, inquiries, quotes or returns
Obtain accurate information relating to shipment dates and expected dates of delivery
Educate customers about product features
Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing satisfaction and resolve complaints
Fill request for product and company related information
Communicate unexpected increases or decreases in demands for product to production
Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, including company software, SAP and Microsoft Office
Follow company policies and procedures
Present a professional image at all times to customers, both in person and over the phone
Support field sales efforts as necessary
Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
1 -5 years experience in an inside sales office environment
SAP experience a plus
Effective listening and communication skills (verbal and written)
Negotiation and phone skills
Technical expertise and knowledge of company products
Problem solving and analytical skills
High regard for attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
Must have excellent time management skills
Team player but can work independently
Your Education
Bachelors degree preferred
