Superintendent

*Job Summary:* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team.
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
*Duties:* - Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities from start to finish on a specific project(s).
- Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are achieved - Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and compliance with safety regulations - Implement and enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols on site - Coordinate with construction teams to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process - Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and change orders - Conduct regular meetings with project teams to communicate project updates and address any concerns or issues *Qualifications:* - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Proficient in construction management software - Excellent leadership and supervisory skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction drawings - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for construction management and a desire to lead successful projects from start to finish, we encourage you to apply for this position.
