Our next sales managers main focus will be to increase total vehicle sales and increase profits for the store.
Our next sales manager must keep the sales team focused to achieve daily objectives.
Daily Responsibilities: * Daily Goal Tracking * Daily Inventory Walk * Lead Follow-Up with Sales Team * Daily Training * Daily One-on-One's with Sales Team * Retention/Referral Follow-Up with Sales Team * Service Drive Acquisition * Confirm Appointments * Weekly Vehicle Walk-Around * Customer Interaction * Trade Appraisals * Deal Desking * Back-Up to Finance Office Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.
