Responsibilities
* Answer phones and service existing clientele/book of business
* Solicits and writes new business\*\*
* Coordinates with the agent to provide assistance in determining proper coverage
* Educates clients about different insurance options and helps them make informed decisions
* Field underwriting and rating for new accounts
* Maintains knowledge of new products and initiatives
* Actively solicits expirations dates from new clients and prospects
* Develops a positive agency relationship with existing and new clients
* Meets and exceeds sales targets and goals assigned by the agent
* Pursues a program for development of personal and business skills
* Performs other duties as assigned
* 8 hour shift/24 hours per week (Flexible)
